The ultra small precision fuses come in packages as small as 01005 and are made using semiconductor technology methods to provide ultra-miniature fuses capable of accuracies that are generally not possible with traditional fuse manufacturing methods.
The MN01005-30 is designed to carry up to 10mA and open in under 20ms when a 30mA current is passed to satisfy safety requirements per ADS- automatic disconnection of supply. The flip chip design allow for direct mounting on PCBs using standard reflow processes. The part is also available in die format as well.
