Silicon PIN Photodiodes

Chips 4 Light offers the broadest selection of high-speed, low dark current PIN photodiode die. They are specially designed to achieve excellent sensitivity together with high reliability. Chips 4 Light's phototransistors are extremely sensitive and fast comparted other such devices on the market. Available technologies include epitaxial and homogeneous products. Typical applications for these products include IR touch display-based devices, high-speed data transfer, light barriers, position sensing, and alarm and safety equipment.
